Very good for washing face. Bristles are not too hard. It is a little small. Could probably be about another 1/2 inch wide in order to get a good grip on it.

Definitely Not An Exfoliator, Too Soft
This facial brush is soft enough you could use it on a baby’s skin. It’s like trying to wash your face with a feather duster, or a blush brush. It is way too soft to do much more than suds up the cleanser on your skin, which you could do with your hands. I have combination skin, with dry skin on my upper cheeks, and I really need something that’s going to remove the dead/dry skin flakes. This facial brush isn’t that.
