I don’t usually review purchases , but I feel like this item needs more recognition. I recently started my weight loss journey (for the 100th time lol) & I’ve struggled to find a comfortable waist trainer that doesn’t hurt to wear and finally found it! This waist trainer has some stretch which makes it very comfortable, but at the same time some tightness on the right places & DOES NOT ROLL UP OR DOWN. It has helped a ton with my posture and shaping my mom belly. I started wearing it during my workouts and loved it so much that I bought an extra one to wear throughout the day. I posted old pictures from my first purchase to show the difference it makes, once on. I do wish it was a little longer to suit those with a longer torso. But, overall it’s a great item and the price is super reasonable/ not overpriced like the rest! If you’re debating on it, DON’T! Run and get one before the price goes up.

First of all I'm very grateful for finding this waist trainer. It's a life saver. It's a great help with my weight loss journey, being that I'm Insulin Resistant, now I'm on medication, diet and fasting. This waist trainer helps to hold my belly fats, love handles intact. Wow!!! I'm Really Amazed by the comfort of this Corset it's unbelievable. I wear it under my Work uniform for more than 6 hours per day. I love the quality, it's strong and supports me very well, gives me good posture too, it really snatches you in without discomfort. Although I'm only on the first hook I'm really impressed with how it makes me feel and looks. I highly recommend this Waist Trainer. I ordered a XL, I'm 200 lbs, 5' 4. Fits Perfect!!!

The people giving this 5 stars do not know what a good waist trainer is. The bones in this are extremely flimsy, it rolls up badly, the straps are right in the armpit and it’s poorly made. It also doesn’t help with posture at all like it says. I’d recommend getting a different one.

I have several of these and I love them. They are durable,,breathable material, good quality, easy to adjust and not noticeable under your clothes. I always order a size smaller because the tighter it is the less room for food. The first couple of times you wear a new one you will struggle to hook it, if you order a size too small. DONT give up you will get the hooks set!
